The Story

With more than 2,500 unique designs, Barts is an accessory brand selling to a diverse client base of online and offline customers. The brand was happy to see that their customers were inspired to post images and videos with their products on social media but were looking for a way to do more with this User Generated Content.

Challenge

Realizing that they had an opportunity to leverage this content within their eCommerce store, Barts looked for a UGC platform that would make the process of collecting customer content and connecting it with products easy.

Additionally, they could see the value of customer content, but they wanted to measure how well it would actually perform within their eCommerce store.

Through their partnership with Photoslurp, they were able to achieve both goals.

“UGC is very useful for us because we are selling fashion accessories. And I think it’s great for people to see someone who is wearing the product. With a beanie, you have several ways you can combine it with an outfit, and it’s very useful to give our customers a little bit more inspiration.”

Solution

With Photoslurp, Barts is able to select and manage their User Generated Content, ensuring that customers are seeing – and shopping – new content every week. The process is made easy with a platform that has all of the tools necessary to create a powerful UGC experience.

Making this content ‘shoppable,’ the brand can then be sure that this integration is bringing them positive results by measuring the performance through the Photoslurp analytics dashboards.

“The analytics reports are very helpful because I can see if people actually clicked on the content and if they are buying from it. This is one of the main reasons we use it because we know that people are actually looking at the content.”

“We’ve seen through Photoslurp that customers are really, actually buying, so that is very helpful for us.”

The Photoslurp Experience

“Photoslurp is very useful. I refresh our dashboard twice a week to put the best photos first depending on the weather or campaign that we are working on, so we get a new display of UGC every week.”
