The Story

IXXI is a personalized wall art brand that allows eCommerce customers to create their own wall decorations. With two ways of designing their new home decor, customers get to choose between using their own images or selecting images from IXXI’s collection of high-quality prints.

The brand has an active community of online followers, who love posting content featuring their creative wall art. This shared content encourages others to create their own art too, which, in turn, has inspired IXXI to explore ways of spreading this engagement even further.

The Challenge

Wanting to do more with this authentic social media engagement, IXXI looked for ways to amplify the interactions they receive on platforms like Instagram and Facebook. But more than just displaying social media content on their site, they hoped to use this content to enrich their online shopping journey to further inspire their audience.

Through their customer content integrations, IXXI was able to find the organic inspiration that they were looking for.
